Drs. Apt.

I had a doctors apt. today, I am going every two weeks so it was just another check up. I do however get to have a US every time I go in so it is kind of cool. Well since the beginning of January they are measuring them. I found out today that they went through a growth spurt in the last 2 weeks. They have gained almost 2 lbs each in 2 weeks. Baby A (Logan) is 2lbs 7oz, and Baby B (William) is 2lbs 10 oz. Dr. McMichens says that I could not be having a more perfect multiples pregnancy and should have no problem making it to 36 weeks! At this point belly is measuring at 8 months (if it was a singleton pregnancy).

I asked a question about the amount of pressure that is between my legs (a ton more than with the other 2). Well looking at the US the reason for that is Logan's head is laying right on top of my cervix literally (they had to do a vaginal sonogram just to see and measure my cervix). Good news it is very thick and completely shut no worries, just uncomfortable for me.

30 YEARS OLD

Well I am now 30 years old HOLY CRAP!!!. I didn't think that this birthday would really bother me, in fact I was looking forward to it. I thought finally my thirties, people will look at me as an adult and not a kid. Well I don't feel any older but mentally I am beginning to realize that I am. I am starting to think about all the things that I need to do (weight, skin, babies, etc...) before it gets to late. I can at least blame the unperky boobs on breast feeding 4 kids!!!!

ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!

Wednesday, January 6, 2010

I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I had a wonderful time and I got to see my uncle whom I haven't seen in about 4 years...he is still crazy & strange but I love him anyway!

The girls got way to much stuff and now I have to find places to put the stuff, our house is only so big and with 2 on the way we are going to have to get a storage building or add on.

Had my 25 week apt. Monday and the boys look great! They are moving quite a lot now and it is really cool to watch my belly. Looks different than it did with the girls, moves in different places and totally feels different. The lower baby (A) is the one that feels weird, sometimes I think he is going to stick his hand out and wave he moves that low. It does feel strange. I now will be going to the Doc every 2 weeks and they are going to be measured each time. Michael and I think that we are only going to have to wait another 10 weeks or so. I only have 12 weeks to go if I can hold out to full term with twins. The good news is if I can hold out 5 more weeks the survival rate is in the 90% range and the NICU time could be minimal. Please pray that it will be at least 10 weeks.
